To qualify for a refund or exchange, please email us within 7 days of receiving your damaged item(s) at support@3verybody.com. Include a description of the damage and attach photographic evidence.
A customer service representative from 3VERYBODY will contact you with instructions on how to return the damaged item.
Shipping Policy
As a growing team, we appreciate your patience as we process your orders. Please allow up to 3 business days (Monday - Friday) for order processing before shipment. DOMESTIC SHIPPING Standard Shipping: Expect delivery within 2 to 7 business days once your order has been processed. Expedited Shipping: Delivered within 2 business days after processing. Overnight Shipping: Arrives 1 business day after processing.
